How can we help?

Taiwan Snack helps you discover and cook 50 Taiwanese recipes with guided steps, voice narration, timers, ingredient tools, and shopping lists.

Recipes and cooking mode

  • Use recipe search and categories to find a dish.
  • Open Cooking Mode to move through one step at a time.
  • Enable voice narration and start a timer from the relevant step.

Pro access

The free version includes Beef Noodle Soup and Taiwanese Tempura. Taiwan Snack Pro unlocks the other recipes, the serving and temperature calculator, and personal formula features.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. To restore a previous purchase, open Settings in the app and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Contact support

For help with a purchase, a recipe, or a technical problem, please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not include payment card numbers or passwords.

We aim to reply within 3 business days. For subscription billing, refunds, or payment-method questions, contact Apple through your App Store account because Apple processes all App Store purchases.
